However, EU rules still apply from 1 January 2021 if the <strong>UK to EU flight is operated by an EU carrier<\/strong>, unless you have already received compensation or under UK law Basilio.<\/p><p class=\"info\">EU means the 27 countries of the EU, including Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Reunion, Mayotte, Saint Martin (French Antilles), Azores, Madeira and the Canary Islands (but not the Faroe Islands).
